Leadership:
– Assist in the execution of the agronomic program to ensure conditions consistent with member expectations
– Manage staff scheduling for 35 employees to ensure efficient use of labor
– Train staff on all job responsibilities required to execute a high standard and successful agronomic program
– Gained excellent financial and budgetary skills: pursue quotes, file inventory, track purchases, invoices,
and other expenditures
– Integral in collaboration on the construction of a new state-of-the-art turf maintenance facility
– Promoted an efficient safety program to ensure employee, as well as member, safety
Championship Course Conditioning:
– Execute proper management program through organic plant protectants, fertilizer, and wetting agent
applications on all turf surfaces; ensure state and town regulations are met
– Conduct expert-level daily scouting for disease, drought stress, moisture levels, mechanical issues,
and insects; all critical to a successful operation
– Supervised various construction projects including Better Billy Bunker liner renovations, installation of new
A-4 bentgrass tee boxes, drainage on tees and approaches, pump house renovation, and pond agitators

– Performed necessary maintenance duties to upkeep fields to the National Collegiate Athletic Association
standards such as mowing, painting lines, dragging infields, topdressing, and aeration
